New "Island In The Stream" series was great. And rather like...
...Eric Flint's "1632" series in its basic premise.

"1632" and its sequels are also very good, albeit in a slightly different way.

New My only complaint:
The ending of the series seemed very rushed, like he knew he didn't have enough material for a 4th book, but he had too much for the 3rd and had to squeeze it down to fit.

New There was something weird about the ending, yeah...
...but I must confess it's been so long that I can't recall for sure if that was it. Probably was, if you say so.

So, find anything wrong with _1632_ (etc) -- and if so, think it's the same thing I did?
