In W2K, remove the drive mapping, and any "machine browsing connections", then persistent drive stuffs in the registry, then reboot.

refresh the network neighborhood. you should be able to "map network drive" from Windoze exploder with the proper newly defined credentials.

On the remote machine, I can disconnect the shares by using "Tools -> Disconnect Network Drive..." but I don't know where to find the "persistent drive" stuff in the registry.

[edit:] I should have looked around a bit before bothering you again. According to [link|http://www.aas.duke.edu/comp/documentation/novell/servmig-latency.html|this], it's in HKey_Current_User -> Network I don't have anything on that remote machine mapped there or in other apps, so I'll try the reboot...
