Need some postgresql help!
We've got some old dBase III files with Spanish characters in that we are having a heck of a time getting into our EnterpriseDB (postgresql) database properly. The charset for the DB is LATIN9 (we tried LATIN1 to no avail). We're using perl with the Xbase module to read the DBF file and I think that is where it's getting horked. We can't seem to get the copy command to work either. Any tips greatly appreciated!
