New I'm buying a car
I just want something that details the car, the price, the deposit, that he can't sell the car while he has my deposit, and that I get the deposit back if I decide not to buy it after some period.

New deposits are non refundable (least when I was selling)
the seller needs to make something if you change your mind and he holds the car off of the market for you. I have such a thing at home, if you havnt found one by tonight I'll scan and post it somewhere

Even the used car guys I've talked to are saying it's refundable.
