New Made the crossing

I've activated my account here.

For those who don't know me: rabid GNU/Linux nut, particularly Debian flavors. Long-time SAS programmer. Been through the dot-com thing, emerged without major fortune or debt. Mostly living in low-Earth orbit in the vicinity of San Francisco.

Next question is whether or not there's a raw HTML mode for this beast -- what's the default interpretation of input text? I am noticing that open/close pairs are required even for things like <p> tags.

New It's always in raw HTML
4.01 transistional, close your tags (except hr and br IIRC), and the subset of allowed tags is limited.
