New Tremors? I've got that
It gets worse as I get older and seems to be genetic. My dad could barely open a bottle of aspirin by the time he was 65.

Annoying as hell but not quite incapacitating. Oddly enough, my dad used to love to build and paint tiny little models, damned if I know how he did it.

New I was actually relieved to get the diagnosis...
... because both MS and Parkinsons runs in my family.

Compared to both of them, ET is practically a walk in the park.

New Not a very *straight* walk, but a walk nonetheless
I'm going to hell for that.

New hehe
Althought ET usually affects only the hands, arms, and sometimes the vocal chords. It affects the legs very rarely.

New Welcome back
Again.

I had a sysadmin work for me who has it. Nice guy, really smart.
He used to be in the military and was a helicopter pilot.

So on weekends, he would rent a helicopter, and fly around.

Can you imagine the look on the face of the rental guy when he handed him the keys to the copter (the multi-million dollar copter) and he was shaking so bad he missed them?

Didn't slow him down at all.
New knew a fellow named blinky who had it
flew bombers in WW2 european theatre, came home with it.
thanx,
bill

New My SWMBO also has it.
My experience (3rd party though it is) confirms what Todd said.

"So don't pay attention to the approval ratings that say 68% of Americans disapprove of the job this man is doing. I ask you this, does that not also logically mean that 68% approve of the job he's not doing? Think about it. I haven't."
Stephen Colbert, at the White House Correspondent's Dinner 29Apr06
