New Deeds and Punishment.
The ratio or "Deed goodness/badness":"Punishment/Reward" is an inversely proportional log.

For every positive number of the goodness factor, you get an squared inverse number for the punishment magnitude.

For every negative number of the badness factor, you get ONLY a postive number for the reward magnitude.

Oh, well. No rest for the weary.

Of course, POC hasn't a clue of what's required of her, and falls back on mad fluttering of eyelashes in a vain attempt to elicit the information. This is, of course, directed at fellowette board members, which presumably takes off the table the manipulative advantage to which POC is accustomed, but who knows? The Truth Is Out There... (a meme I've somehow absorbed without ever seeing a single episode of the ex-files...).
