Will anyone want any bay leaves?
I'll be trimming my trees back a bit. Some leaves are drying now, and there will be more. These are the real article, Laurus Nobilis, washed and naturally dried (various sizes). They are more aromatic than commercial and generally a bit thinner (younger leaves).
If you want some send a postal address to ajg at-thingy aaxnet dot-thingy com.

Should I pick some up?
Then take them to the beepbash to hand to anyone who wants them?
I don't want any, but I'm in Andrew's neighbourhood and I'll soon be in the neighbourhood for lots of other people.
Cheers, Ben

You might want to be careful with that
Transporting pungent leaves that aren't in a McCormic bottle may attract the attention of the security nimrods. Even odds they would think it's either designer pot or something illicit. I'm kind of leery of even having them mailed to me.

Good points. Unfortunately. :-(

Good point but...
it would be in my carryon luggage. That generally doesn't go through smell tests. And if it did, I'd be present to explain what they were. Hopefully security nimrods can recognize the difference in shape of leaves.
Acceptable level of risk. I'm still willing to do it.
Cheers, Ben

Don't do it
We will NOT be picking you up if you have a DEA tail.

Do people seriously believe that...
bay leaves would cause the DEA to think that I am carrying drugs? I won't do it then, but that level of paranoid idiocy is depressing.

not the DEA but chunky bawb the TA defenseman
who is convinced that you may be carrying uncured maryjueana and delay your flight to check then abuse you terribly for making a fool of him. However, if you print a label marked Prime Organic Bay Beaves $62.25 and adhere it to the bag, someone at the airport might cover the cost of your beer at the bash. thanx, bill
