So, I asked a friend of mine if I could give her a hand with any plays she happens to be working on. She happened to be the lighting director for an upcoming play called "Sex in Seattle". The play is an ongoing series (I think they're just about to release lucky episode 13) and apparently it is a HUGE hit with the local female population.
After pitching in yesterday with lighting and set design, they asked me if I wanted to help out by being something called the "house manager", which apparently involves standing around in the lobby, dressed nicely, occasionally helping people out with emergencies, but for the most part mingling with the people who came to see the play.
