You've found all the links I've found.

There's nothing obvious in the [link|http://www.gnome.org/projects/evolution/doc/evolution24.pdf|Evolution 2.4 Manual] (118 page .pdf) either.

Short of poking around in the source, or getting Greg to find a work-around, I think you're stuck.
