Yes it is diet food. Yes it has very good taste to it. [link|http://www.delmonte.com/products/FruitsList.asp?typeID=55|Reduced Carb or "Carb Clever" canned fruits]

Amazingly good tasting. Fruit Cocktail, Peaches and three types of Pears. Pears are 2 points, total per can. Peaches are 1 point per can. Fruit Cocktail is 2 points per can.

Filling, very tasty and really a great change to blah food you usually have to endure.

Which bring me to another piece I found very good. [link|http://www.quakerricesnacks.com/QRS_products/ProductGroup.cfm?GroupID=2|Quaker Quakes] are tremendously crunchy and tasty. Only 2 points per serving. Being 7-10 cakes per serving... this is a fantastic snacker, for nibbling. Even if you do the whole bag of them, you are still far better off.

I have tried all the flavors and can say the best flavors for me, are: Apple Cinnamon, Kettle Corn, Ranch, Cheddar Cheese and Caramel Corn. Though they all are fantastic.

Also, dehydrated Banana Chips are fantastic. A glaze made with steveia, brushed on during the drying process. Nice.

Also, these [link|http://www.nabiscoworld.com/100caloriepacks/|100 Calorie Packs], are very nice. Taste just like what they are called. Except crunch only no "cream filling". But it is another tasty nibbler snack.

One last thing, [link|http://www.lowreys.com/products_more.asp|Lowrey's Giant Jar of Beef Jerky] is 1 point per strip. Cheap, 22 cents per strip. Tasty and chewy not the best Jerky I've had but definitely a head and shoulder about the other "Carb Friendly" jerky out there. Well worth the effort to find.

ME? I only eat a few of these things, mainly the quakes and canned fruit. I also have a couple of grahamn crackers a day. They are my favorite crunchy.
