However, the fleas aren't the main problem, just a mental frustration at this point. There aren't more of them in my house right now, that I can tell. Remember, I have no pets. We know where they originated, is by the front walk outside. We also determined they didn't also come in on the mice, because there are no fleas downstairs this time, from an inspection by the indoor exterminator man. We have also seen no more signs of mice down there so far - all bait is untouched. The Power sprayer Exterminator is supposed to do the yard as soon as it stops raining... just wish it would stop raining.
So at this point, the fleas is mostly my nerves, not the actual fleas. This year is better, I've only seen 8 fleas total, and drowned all 8. I can't use a bomb, Alex, it will harm my bird and coat my stuffed animals, and my house is mostly open room to open room via doorways. I think I have it under control inside, using the usual sprays, powders, etc. and the vacuuming process. I'm also waiting for hatching dates to pass, and re-treating and watching any areas where any were actually in the house. And all I've the fleas I have found have been sick too, which is a relief. I'm just tired, frustrated, and worried about bringing more back in till the sprayers come. But I'm getting better, this year, I don't have insomnia, or nausea because of them.
The family, now that is another story....Anyone got a spray for that? ;)
Thanks for letting me vent a little. It really does help sometimes to just scream.

Edit: Rewritten to make it make more sense, I wrote it in a hurry.
