Anyone know of a generic client?

This article covers the basics of using the SOAP Client software included with Microsoft Windows XP Professional to access Web Services using SOAP.

I also saw [link|http://www.stylusstudio.com/java_web_services.html?refsrc=gaw&reftype=webservice|this thing], which is supposed to help you test SOAP calls.
