This story made the papers in Europe a few weeks back. Basically, Saudi Arabia and Turkey cut off the supply due to unpaid bills. The Iraqi govt. is now approaching Teheran to avoid a complete collapse of the Iraqi economy.

Wet finger work over here expects Iran to play China off the West when it comes to games with the oil exports. A Chinese or Russian veto is considered likely if the case makes it to the Security Council and drastic sanctions are demanded.
