Welcome to IWETHEY!

New Are they in the page source?
In there or not?

In WP's trac this is what I get:
<div id="ctxtnav" class="nav">\n <h2>Ticket Navigation</h2>\n <ul>\n   <li class="first">\n    <a href="/ticket/2499" title="Ticket #2499">Previous Ticket</a>\n   </li>\n   <li class="first last">\n\n    <a href="/ticket/2501" title="Ticket #2501">Next Ticket</a>\n   </li>\n </ul>\n</div>

In Edgewall's trac:
<div id="ctxtnav" class="nav">\n <h2>Ticket Navigation</h2>\n\n</div>

You might want to check in the keyword "ctxtnav" and see where the include is going wrong. I'd think this has to be a feature, to enabled navigation or not.

Freedom is not FREE.
Yeah, but 10s of Trillions of US Dollars?
SELECT * FROM scog WHERE ethics > 0;

New In the template
but it looks like they didn't get included. Trac uses the Clearsilver template system.

Unless one of the other Trac users here knows the answer, it looks like I'll have to track it down (which isn't a high priority - yet).

I was pretty stoked the day I learned how to properly pronounce "Worcestershire," because I don't have a lot going for me.
