Recently upgraded our lab PCs to XPee, and along with it came a new version of Hyperterm, which we use to communicate with a monitor app that runs on our embedded systems. This new version of Hyperterm is horked up bigtime -- as soon as a line scrolls off the "screen" into the light gray scroll buffer area, it gets scrambled up with noise from previously scrolled off lines. Aftere a couple of buffers have wrapped around, the stuff that is scrolled off the "screen" is basically unreadable.
Way to go, Micros~1!
So I'm looking for a (preferably free, as in beer) replacement. It has to work in a Windohz environment, but it can run in a DOS window or under Cygwin.
Any ideas or pointers would be greatly appreciated! Thanx.
