How about this?
Use google to search the site. Something like searching for [link|http://www.google.com/custom?sitesearch=z.iwethey.org&q=LRPD|LRPD].

Level of effort required...
Opening a new window all the time is about a 5 minute effort.
New user prefs or anything that requires that the form be processed by Zope and not Google will require considerably more time.
Given my time commitments right now, 5 minutes might get done... > 5 minutes, probably not. :-)

How do the posts get submitted to Google?
Is it an auto feature of ZIWETHEY or does someone just submit them? I noticed that not all of my old posts got submitted.

Controlled by Google.
We have no control over that. Google scans the site occasionally.
