I see a [link|http://www.macofalltrades.com/G3_900MHz_iBook_14_640_40GB_Combo_p/g3900ib12.htm|900 MHz 14" iBook for $599]. Note, it comes with OS X 10.3, not Tiger. No experience with them myself, but they seem to be a well regarded outfit.
