Anyone here observed that few journalists (with any sort of reputation) are sticking to the line that MS won a great victory - or in fact that MS really won anything significant.

In just a few short weeks the whole tone of press articles is about how MS will try to avoid harm from the DOJ case.

Even those journos whp blathered on about how Bush admin would save MS no longer plug the line. They have woken up to the reality that MS is a felon and that the Govt and Appeals courts are treating them as such & the Bush admin are not into protecting such obvious criminal tactics & behaviour.

Stand back and observe - in some respects we are watching the sinking of the titanic (not intended to refer to MS business but the holistic MS ego) - sit back and enjoy the sight of watching them sink to the bottom in deep murky water - those who know the story can confirm that the titanic sank as much because of corporate ego as because of colliding with an iceberg.
