I am using DoCmd.TransferDatabase acLink, "Microsoft Access", strDSN, acTable, "ID_PW", "ID_PW" to pull in each database, but I am prompted each time to enter the password. Since this will be a recurring program, I'd like to be able to pass the password instead of being prompted for the password. A good friend will come and bail you out of jail ... but, a true friend will be sitting next to you saying, "Damn...that was fun!"

If database is NOT password protected, then the link will automatically perform the open prior to linking. I just !love Access....
