New Not in S. GA --> no visibility, but 65 MPH is still slow!
The only times I saw the drivers slow down during the frequent summer thundershowers was when it was raining so hard it was hard to see the lane markers.

SFBA drivers aren't great at dealing with the unexpected either, you know, like the first rain of the fall.
