oracle question
Re IP'ed the server and changed server name. Oracle starts. Re-IP the server again. Oracle doesnt start. All $oracle_stuff/network/admin/*ora have correct ip/hostname. /etc/hosts is correct oratab and loc is fine. I get an error in the trace files
ORA-600 [16305] oracle claims it is a bug 3752301 caused by tcp.validnode_checking. I am not setting that in my aqlnet.ora or anywhere else. I dont want to patch the server because my prod boxes would be out of sync with my lab.
any suggestions?
