Looks completely authentic. Domain "hsbcbarclays.co.uk" looks and sounds right (but check the whois info; banks generally don't choose to withhold their address, and HSBC and Barclays are two separate high-street banks in the UK).

Slip-ups: the upside-down question mark (not used in English), sludgy language ("we have initiated an ample update of data of our clients"), but still. People don't read these things, they just see the bank's logo and start clicking.
