Welcome to IWETHEY!

New Ok, I've done it, the whole thing, and generation 'G' . . .
. . (Grandparents) has nothing on me - and I don't have to do this ever again.

Turkey, moist inside, crispy on outside, presented, rested, carved and served. Dressing, gravy, cranberry sauce, potatoes and greens all prepared to perfection and served on schedule. Don't remember what it tasted like, though, 'cause I was tired and still facing a major cleanup before bedtime.

On the other hand, I'd put some miscellaneous potatoes, turkey and dressing on a plate to get them out of the way. This morning I shoved the plate into the oven and baked at 375°F until a bit crispy on top. Damned that was good!

Turkey, carved.

But clearly, it's unreasonable to use a sledge hammer to drive upholstery tacks.
