New ADSL Question
I've got cable, and so all this ADSL nonsense is a bit of a closed book to me.

If you've got an ADSL modem that connects to the PC via USB (say, for example, like my mother's modem provided with her BT Yahoo OpenWorld account), how would you set about connecting it to a wireless router, for righteous on-the-sofa-emailing-to-#1-son?

Use P2P for legitimate purposes!
New You look in the back of the DSL modem for an ethernet port
to then plug in to a cable/dsl router/wireless hub.

New :-)
Or, try one of [link|http://www.compusa.com/products/product_info.asp?product_code=298426&pfp=SEARCH|these ] and any WAP.

New Er, no.
That device is for networking a USB-enabled PC that lacks a NIC. Wrong way around.
