You cannot dial to cingular as an isp and send a message. You will need to use something like netzero to send the email...or have the computer call your phone and have callerid alert you that its the pc calling.

New I think I have a fallback ISP account to use
We have Fiber to our ISP. Bursts to 100mbit.
I think they provide a dial-up for this situation.
Waiting for my boss to get back with the info.
