Canadians dont tip,
contributed from our local wait staff. Between Oct and Nov you see more Canadian Plates than any other state.

My Dreams aren't as empty as my conscience seems to be
New That's because...
...they actually pay waitresses a living wage in Canada, instead of making them rely on tips to make a living.

New Re: Difference between Canadians and Canoes
This one does tip. Maybe it's a small town/country thing but everyone in the Big Smoke leaves a tip after a meal (15%) which is easy math to do since the GST+PST add up to 15%. That's assuming the service was average at worst...

As for canoes you wouldn't catch me dead in one. Actually you may catch me dead out of one since my swimming skills suck big time.

New My Brother at a village inn in Phoenix left a quarter
after paying for a dinner for 8 of us. I asked him outside and had to go back in and rectify it.
