New Getting my dancer's legs back
I'm amazing myself.

I've only been exercising a few weeks and I can see a huge difference in my calf muscles.

I do a "point", and the muscle bulges so much it's tough to pull my pants leg up.

Wheee!
New Biking does that for ya
Especially up-tempo biking. Even on a recliner/recumbent bike.
