If there is even a temporary workaround I can wget the whole thing and put it up as static html. It's only a couple of dozen pages. And I'm still not clear on why there would be a check for whether the UID >= 100. I've got issues I have to resolv, I've got a file listing of what files are owned by www-data, and a list of files that have their grou as www-data There are other things I am sure that will crop up.
