It's still on the 0.x branch, but we've been using it at work for W2K NTFS installs for two years now. The program itself runs under Linux, but it ships stock with Knoppix these days.
Only NTFS caveat is that the NTFS bitmap can't be fragmented

(They also have Norton Ghost 2003 OEM for [link|http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16832108190|$15].)
