Welcome to IWETHEY!

New Firefox annoyance
My firefox v 1.0.4 on Mepis Linux / KDE just started doing something different.

I must have toggled a setting without realizing it.

When I click on the web page merely to place "focus" on it, a cursor appears.

This is new.

The cursor is screwing me up because I like to "page down" using the space bar.

But now it merely does nothing, unless I use the Alt-Tab key to bounce between apps and move the focus back without clicking on the page.

How can I revert to the old behaviour?
