Teenage usage drops when it's no longer forbidden. Wow. I'd have never guessed that!

Why are legislators, who were teenagers themselves, unable to see this?

Choose rotting away at the end of it all, pishing your last in a miserable home, nothing more than an embarrassment to the selfish, fucked up brats you spawned to replace yourself. Choose your future. Choose life... But why would I want to do a thing like that? I chose not to choose life. I chose somethin' else. And the reasons? There are no reasons. Who needs reasons when you've got heroin?

New If it was up to me...
I'd outlaw teen abstinence from sex, alcohol, and drugs.

Oh, and driving stupid as well. Some guy today passed me on the freeway at about 80mph on his crotch rocket, popping a fucking wheelie. Five seconds later, he rear-ended into the truck that was doing 60 in his lane. Dunno if he survived, but if he didn't, that's Darwin award candidate material right there.
