ssh is fine, but is there a reason for the others?
Seems silly for a default install.
New Yep, most OpenBSD users
Use the OpenBSD machines for network time and identd for ssh. Doing reverse checks to make sure things are valid.

But you can disable them if you want to.

Remember this is the rc-conf style of init. Not the sysvinit style.
