Don't wait, it'll be a travesty for you. Gotta see it in Letterbox format with all the great sound.

Really, when seeing the Balrog come(as a big red glow at first, then you see it) and the goblins scattering... shivers.

Or when Gandalf burns the ring and then gives it to Frodo.... shivers again.
