Good blogging software?

I'm not adverse to blogging software that costs money, but it needs to work on Linux (distro is flexible), and it would be nice if it could authenticate to LDAP. I checked the Debian packages list, and nothing particular showed up on my list, any suggestions? apt-get install godlike-powers

There are a [link\|http://patcavit.com/2005/05/11/wordpress-ldap-and-playing-nicely/\|couple] of [link\|http://www.weblogs.uhi.ac.uk/sm00ay/?p=45\|methods] for doing LDAP with [link\|http://wordpress.org/\|WordPress], though, and it's GPL and extremely easy to install and configure. --\r\nYou cooin' with my bird? \r\n[link\|http://www.shtuff.us/\|shtuff]

FuManChu was doing something similar.
