I,OTOH, love men. I have found your breed fascinating and entertaining ever since I was about 4 years old (my personal age of reason). The interesting part is that the feeling was mutual because I always had more male friends than female and still do to this day.
Apparently, in my younger days, the girls felt threatened by my friendships with boys (oh, Brother!) Only in my adult life have I found friendships with women to be satisfying. I guess it has something to do with joining the "Mom Club" and also finding other women who are not afraid to be themselves, rather than those who prefer to live by the same old tired paradigm of the Rah-Rah (read Cheerleader in high school) mentality.
I'm honored that the thought didn't cross your mind. Otherwise, Critter would've had to kick your ass. :-D
BTW, how old/young are you? I'm 43. Just wondering what generation to which you are referring.
