Welcome to IWETHEY!

New Think that's the old one
I just logged into our Track-It (OS X/Safari) and can't find
the version number.

But it worked fine.

Oh, well, we tried.

New Are you able to edit tickets?
I don't mean just the ones you created; I'm talking about ones assigned to you.
apt-get install godlike-powers
New Re: Are you able to edit tickets?
I don't get them assigned to me. I'm just an end-user.

Maybe that's the difference. However, I do remember on the older version,
the login screen wouldn't even show up unless you were running IE + Windows.

New Yeah, that's the difference.
Track-It has two clients, one for the end user, and one for the technicians. 6.5 was where they introduced the browser-agnostic user page; but the technician page is still basically one big ActiveX control that contains the entire application. :P
