Where a person has come into hospital frozen such that skin is like knocking on wood.. and survived (brain too). In one I recall - woman had collapsed just outside her front door, in MN or some other cool (not kewl) place in winter. Not found til AM. Another (dimly recalled) had own antifreeze - stoned out of skull prior.

I guess these cases greatly expand the category: yes, you Can! actually survive but - don't count on it.
