New Did you keep your Windows 98/95 install disk?
If so, reformat the hard drive and install it. But first make sure that you put your modem or Ethernet 9X driver on a floppy or Zip disk (Kudos if you got a CDR/CDRW drive to burn them to) before reformatting the system. Make sure that you also partition part of the hard drive for Linux.

Take the XP install disk and store it in a safe, dry place, you might need it to upgrade to a future version of Winders. :)
New Of course I kept my WIn98 disk
To be fair to Win98, I think the worst problems I had with Win98 was after installing new versions of DirectX. (Well, that runaround I had a few weeks ago with the Intellitype keyboard software also qualifies.)

Be that as it may, I'm perfectly willing to give WinXP its chance. System came with a CD-RW; once I get the latest drivers for everything, I'll ghost the system and (hopefully) have a decent stable basis for adding games, JBuilder, Delphi, etc.
