I mean.. there must be *something* going on in this massive country - that needs more than PHB levels of language mangling! Surely. Maybe explaining how to work-around this crappy Popular s/ware - to folks who don't want the normal techno phraseology - er 'by appointment' ? (Some can afford to pay extra for intelligibility - but how to find those?)
