New Weird Access report printing update.
I believe I threw this problem out for the group a while back: A couple of users were opening up canned reports in Access, only to find the fonts had (apparently) been increased substantially such that only a few letters would fit on a single page. [link|http://www.acagle.net/images/badrep.gif|See here] for an example, [link|http://www.acagle.net/images/goodrep.gif|and here] for what it should look like.. Oddly, if they clicked to Design View and then back to Preview, it rectified itself. I, of course, never could get this to happen.

Well.

Turns out I had "outdated" printer drivers, which my colleague "helpfully" "updated" for me. Now I have the same problem. Hence, it is something whacky with the printer drivers. Or how Winblows deals with the drivers, whatever.
New You should helpfully update upside his head with a 2 x 4

New Hey, come on - he *did* help Cagey pin down the problem! :-)
New This is true.
And now I have it narrowed down to two printers. Two HP B&Ws (4000 and 4050) screw it up, but the one color one (HP Color Laserjet 4500) works fine.
New Lemme guess: B&W PCL5e? Color PCL6?
If so, you'll never fix it. Unless...

If you have the PS personality on the B&W printers, install the free adobe PS printing system and use the PS PPDs for them.

See if that works. You should also convert the Color one to PS as well. It just makes life easier.
