New ssh-agent for Mac?
How do I load my key, once and for all, so all future ssh sessions can have it?
If I do an "ssh-agent bash", then all children of that shell have access, but only that shell.

On Windows, I'd use pageant.
On Linux, I make sure I load the agent before X is invoked.

Check "Make Agent Global"

This might also be helpful (somewhere in the middle of the page):

Possible alternate route (Tiger only): [link|http://developer.apple.com/documentation/Darwin/Reference/ManPages/man8/launchd.8.html|man launchd]

Have no first hand experience with any of the above so I hope it gets you where you want to be.
