Worked quite well, though the image quality dropped quite a bit when the 3rd person connected. I suspect that's due to the upstream transfer limit on the cable modem.

I was initially generating 1 fps. I turned off boinc(runnng Seti and Einstein) and the rate jumped to 15 fps. I don't know why boinc would have impacted the rate so much, as it should be "nice" to other tasks.
