And the Beat Goes On --> latest hysterical 'law'
Jammed through under the same-ol same-ol rubric - with Patriotism/Terrorism vying for the default modifying-noun, in the same sentence. Just a snatch over NPR:
Now the Pres. can make any trade deal he wants, unmodifiable by congress! .. Called Fasssst Trackkk.
A virtual menses of Patriotic undistilled-BS arguments. From one critter re ~
"[more of, For-Us or Agin-Us] ..helping this embattled President save us all ... yada ... yada"
The Combined Scaredy-Cats: Passed 215 to 214. <<<
Nancy Pelosi (CA) had opined, "had there been any labor considerations, environmental standards mentioned - there would be no problem passing this legislation".
And.So.It. (All) ---> Goes. Piece by piece.
ZZZZzzzzzzzzz Baa Baa ZZZzzzzz Bizzz-nessszzz
(But Pres. Carter spoke up today on the 'military tribunal' scam.)

Fork fork fork fork Fast Track = BAAAD IDEA
I'm busting my gut for an appropriate Conradism, and I am speechless. (well, er, typeless.)
FAST TRACK IS A GODDAMN FUCKING BAD IDEA!
It was a bad idea when Clinton was president, it is a bad idea now, and it's going to haunt us forever now until the second American revolution.
But I see it's only passed the House of Representatives, so far; hopefully the Senate will shoot it down.

Er, please clean up the subject line...
Much as I agree with your statement, there is a no swearing in the subject line policy in place...

Well we all know what
an outspoken rabble-rouser President Carter is..
And our confidence in our Justice System must be at an all-time High! when Our Selected Officials refer to..
OJ-ification. Flambuoyant [nasty] er Defense Attorneys! - those awful nemeses of LawnOrder, and of neatness.
It seems that the Attorney General would like to CHANGE our messy Justice-delivery System next - if THAT is his capsule summary of its performance?
Hmmm - nice sales-talk too, for the repressed-peepul of the World to hear what we Really Think.
And so it goes. One step at a time --> (huddle for warmth in the flock)
