Need to better understand the issues
Got this email:
I'd like to serious explore as a standard workstation for our Linux / Unix people. I'd like to see you on the eval team as well. Prefer a power book or mini? 15\ufffd do or is 17\ufffd important?
I deen a dual monitor setup that talks to my 21" Sun monitors (VGA and Sun connections). I don't think either will allow this, am I wrong?

You are wrong.
There are either passive and active converters. You can get passives as Cables with proper ends on each.

You sure you understand the question?
I want to use BOTH monitors.
BOTH external 21" monitors.
At the same time.
With different things running on them, ie: no loophole to just mirror the monitors.
If using the mini, is this possible?
If using the Powerbook, is this possible?

This means I can use a 15" (lighter to carry), and drive my 2 21" Suns.
Could be a winner.

Zero downside.
They are fabulous machines. Been fortunate enough to play with a ti as well as a dual-proc G5. These machines are well engineered and built and OSX is very nice.
