Fixes lots of issues with the "official" 0.87 version that's available at [link|http://www.macmame.org/|http://www.macmame.org/]

Some important fixes are USB controller support. There's no longer a GUI setup tab for the joysticks - just hit TAB while running a game to configure the controls. Also 68000 based games, like Marble Madness, are working again.
