I'd never know if people read this stuff - however, a careful re-reading of the page on the web site (top to bottom and bottom to top) found brisket only twice in the recipe and correctly spelled "brisket" in both cases. Is your browser playing tricks on you? Note: since that re-reading I've replaced the file with the close ) correction but none other. [link\|http://www.aaxnet.com\|AAx]
