But what that comes down to is transfer limit per IP.

IOW, STOP Re-Downloading the RDJ files.

After a day of settling (it resets evreytime you try) it should be good.

Reduce you checking to 1 time a day.

New Heh, I know why.
I powered up Ariel yesterday evening (the wireless NIC arrived! Woo!), it ran its missed cron jobs (one of which is RDJ) and then, at about midnightish, (i.e. about six hours later) ran it again.

Hence the ratelimit shee.
