Well, I've loaded it full of "tooltips" to attempt to minimize the need, and
have done my due diligence to make sure people can't abuse it.

But since this is really the front-end to a complex workflow
crossing 4 departments with totally different skillsets,
it is unreasonable to expect "intuitive" usage.
