[link\|http://www.voicenet.com/~broom/timeout.jpg\|http://www.voicenet....broom/timeout.jpg] But since this is really the front-end to a complex workflow crossing 4 departments with totally different skillsets, it is unreasonable to expect "intuitive" usage.
